Step 1: Tour one of our model homes
The first step in your home building journey is a visit to one of our models. Our Sales Associates will help you find a home that suits you and your family!

Step 2: Secure a homesite
You’ll meet with one of our Sales Associates to walk through the neighborhood you’ve chosen and select your homesite.

Step 3: Choose & personalize a home plan
Our Sales Associates can help you choose the floorplan that best fits your needs.

Step 4: Choose your home selections
The fun continues as your journey moves to our Design Center! You’ll work with our expert Selections Coordinator to select from the best materials and finishes, making your home distinctly yours.

Step 5: Secure financing & sign purchase agreement
Know your financial options. We can recommend a lender to assist you if needed. Once your home selections have been made, you will sign your purchase and sale agreement and secure your financing.

Step 6: Attend pre-construction meeting
At this critical point, you will review everything (plans, specifications, selections) one last time with your Sales Associate and your Project Manager.

Step 7: Construction begins!
Enough waiting… it’s time to build a home! Your Project Manager and your Sales Associate will communicate with you throughout the construction process and invite you to tour your new home during construction.

Step 8: Attend post drywall meeting
Once construction begins, you will attend your post drywall confirmation meeting to confirm your home’s timeline, closing date, and any remaining items.

Step 9: Homeowner orientation
We perform a new home demonstration to get you acquainted with the functionality of your home and ensure it's ready for move in. Our warranty team will be present to initiate our Snyder Homes signature 2 year warranty program.

Step 10: Closing & move-in!
Make sure you have all of the paperwork and documents you need. Happy moving day! We wish you a long and happy life in your new Snyder home!

Post-Close: Customer Care
Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your brand new Snyder home comes with a 2-Year Warranty. A warranty walkthrough will be arranged at the end of year one so we can address any issues or questions.
